Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, to over 180 countries. When you fill out your address in the checkout section of the website, you will see a list of countries. If your country is listed, we will ship to you. 

Shipping UK & USA Delivery

Orders are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 5-10 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link for your order that will be scanned throughout delivery so you track your parcel’s progress online.

European Union Delivery

Orders are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

We are registered with the EU IOSS Import scheme. This means that if the total cost of your order is 150 Euros [135 GBP] or less, including shipping, there will be no Import Duty or Tax to pay. We have collected this at the checkout and will remit it to the EU Tax Authorities.

If the total cost of your order is more than 150 Euros [135 GBP], including shipping, you are liable to pay the tax and the duty on delivery. You will see that neither tax nor duty have been charged at the checkout.

US Shipping

In light of the new tariffs applied in the USA, the current method of import clearance has been complicated by the differing percentages of duty applicable based on the origin of the goods.

As of the 7th April 2025 the current ruling is as follows.

Goods are shipped from the U.K. into the U.S.A. They are currently due an extra 10% Tariff.

This 10% tariff will be applied to the cost of the products at the point of purchase, so there is nothing extra for customers to pay.

Where there are products that have originated from China or other countries with higher tariffs, we will amend and update the pricing on the site to include the appropriate tariff accordingly.

Canada and Rest of World Delivery

Order are dispatched via a tracked service. Delivery should take no more than 7-14 working days for Canada and no more than 14-21 working days for Rest of World from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link for your order that will be scanned throughout delivery so you track your parcel’s progress online.

Peak Times Order Processing

Please allow between 1-3 business days for your order to process after you've placed your order. During busy times (e.g. the Christmas period), it may take us up to 5 business days to process orders before dispatch.

When your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation to let you know it's on the way.

Tracked shipping - your tracking number will be included with your shipment confirmation.

Non Delivery

Non-delivery occurs when the goods do not arrive at the address you gave us, or you claim that the goods are not in your possession despite a confirmation of successful delivery from the delivery partner.
Please be aware that in some cases of disputed delivery, as detailed in our , we may have to undertake a full investigation with the delivery partner before processing any refund or replacement.

How much does postage cost?

The shipping cost is calculated after you enter your address into the checkout. This is done before payment, so you can check the cost before you buy. 

IMPORTANT:

Please note some countries will incur additional import/customs duties unless we expressly state herein that delivery is Duty Paid – Bolt Production International is not responsible for any additional charges.
By purchasing from us, you accept that you may need to pay such charges.

Can I cancel my order or update my delivery address?

Once the order has been shipped we, unfortunately, cannot accept cancellations.
If you need to update your address and your order hasn’t been shipped, then please contact Customer Services with your order number and the old address and new address details. Once an order has been shipped we cannot alter a delivery address.

My delivery is taking longer than expected. 

All orders get shipped out shortly after your order is placed. If it hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, there may be problems with the delivery, such as an error in the shipping address, Customs checks taking longer than usual, or something else.

What if the order arrives damaged?

If the products arrive damaged please take photos and contact Customer Services for a resolution.
